Eliminating Air Pollution Could Save More Than 53,000 Lives Per Year, Study Says

A new research has concluded that tens of 1000’s of premature deaths in the U.S. could be averted if air pollution was diminished or totally eradicated.

The review, posted by scientists from the College of Wisconsin (UW) in the journal GeoHealth on Monday, notes that, by doing away with air pollution ensuing from power-associated functions in the U.S., a lot more than 53,000 premature fatalities could be avoided on an annual foundation.
