Kalamazoo’s Mark Totten, legal counsel to Gov. Whitmer, sworn in as U.S. Attorney

GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Kalamazoo resident Mark Totten, former legal counsel for Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, has been sworn in as U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan.
