Clifford Chance advises Royal DSM on the agreement to sell its Protective Materials business to Avient Corporation for an enterprise value of EUR 1.44 billion

Global law agency Clifford Possibility has recommended Royal DSM, a world wide reason-led science-based enterprise, on the settlement to market its Protecting Supplies enterprise to Avient Corporation for an company price of EUR 1.44 billion.

The proposed transaction includes all of DSM’s Protective Resources things to do, mainly consisting of Dyneema, the world’s strongest fiber, and follows DSM’s announcement that it was reviewing strategic alternatives in September 2021.
